The Georgia Tech men's and women's cross country squads opened their seasons with strong starts as the women finished first and the men finished second at the JSU/Struts Invitational in Oxford, Ala. The women posted a time of 1:13:26 in the 4k, while the men posted a time of 1:16:38 in the 5k.
